John Doe says it's a crime but it's actually not. what joe & hunter did might be, but asking Ukrainians to investigate a crime in Ukraine is not itself a crime; whether or not rich powerful demericans are involved in the actual crime of getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired for doing his job.
