He was all apologetic about how he'd been an asshole, then our 4yr old (birthday girl) asked for a piece of frozen broccoli from the huge bag of stir fry vegetables and he reacted in the most unhinged way, so i went and got the phone off the charger, and turned on voice record. I then recounted what I wished I had managed to record. Got plenty in the 25 minutes I did record to demonstrate he's an unhinged psychopath.
